Sublimation dryings, filters

We store filters for treatment of compressed air from 3 microns to filters of active carbon (0,003 micron). The selection of seize: from 1/2" to DN-150.

The adsorption dryer was developed to produce compressed air - free of industrial condensation - by quenching.
The way of functioning of the dryer is parallel to the steps of quenching cycle to which environment-friendly R134a Freon gas was used.
The compressed air flows through the dryer where its water of condition is dissolved.

Following that the condensation leaves through an automatic run off attached to the machine.

General parameters on the basis of ISO 7183:

ambient temperature: + 25°C
effective pressure: 7 bar
temperature of entering air: + 35°C
dew point: + 3°C
dew point by atmospheric pressure: - 21°

The one m3 air drawn in by the compressor can contain 140 million contaminant particles. The diameter of the most of such particles is less than 5 micron so the general compressors are not able to stop them. The other solid matters produced by the compressor, such as oil, condensation and oxides shall be also removed so as to the quality of compressed air is preserved. Improvement of quality o fair is important also in term pf life term of tools, machines and equipments functioned by air.

"QF" ceramic first filters: filter fineness: 3 micron. Its durability is excellent. It is heat-proof, therefore and because of lack of scratches the filter is the protection Nr. 1 of the compressed air system.

"PF" filters: filter fineness: 1 micron. In this filter the liquid fuel particles get in the filter cartridge and collapse with each other therein and become greater drops. They will be heavier and drop into the filter-bottom cup.

"HF" filters: filter fineness: 0,01 micron. This filter may differ from "PF" filter only regarding the filter fineness. The filter ensures an almost completely free of oil air (99,99%).

"CF" filter of active carbon: filter fineness: 100%. In some fields of the industry there is a need of compressed air completely free of oil and first of all odourless. The filters of active carbon hold every odour materials and vapour which precipitates in the course of 'deoiling' procedure.
